Job Summary:
Support the daily administrative, travel, meeting, and document control work for the data center MEP EPC project team or department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to the project team or department.
- Arrange business travel, including flights, hotels, transport, and schedules.
- Manage filing, tracking, archiving, and distribution of project and department documents.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, meeting rooms, and minutes.
- Support communication and follow-up with internal teams, subcontractors, and external parties.
- Assist with other routine coordination and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Chinese language capability is required.
- Relevant experience in admin support, document control, or project coordination is preferred.
- Experience in construction, engineering, MEP, EPC, or data center projects is a plus.
- Good organization, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
