Responsibilities
- Verify, check, and validate all documents such as invoice, packing list, and AWB to ensure correct quantity, customs coding, clauses, etc.
- Ensure correct information is entered into the ALDEC system and applied with accurate quantity, customs coding, clauses, etc.
- Advise the customs job number to CB Customer Service once the shipment is declared.
- Attend customs refresher training if any.
- Accept any job responsibilities assigned by the Superior.
- Job responsibilities are subject to revision.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM with three (3) year's working experiences in the logistics industry.
- Or Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Customs management system would be an advantage.
- Service oriented good interpersonal and communication skills.
