Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clerk of Works based in Glenmarie (Wisma DRB-Hicom). You will be responsible for supervising construction sites, conducting site inspections, and ensuring quality control. Daily tasks include overseeing construction projects, conducting regular inspections, and coordinating with the construction team to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Analytical Skills
• Experience in Site Inspections and Inspection
• Strong Quality Control skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience in the architecture or construction industry is a plus
• Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in project management or construction management is a plus
• Registered with LAM is preferred
