The Role:
The Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in onboarding and driving the First-Time Deposit (FTD) of newly registered and dormant retail trading clients. The role's primary purpose is to maximize lead conversion, support client onboarding, and ensure a smooth client journey from lead registration to First Time Deposit.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for newly registered retail clients.
- Understand client profiles and trading motivations (e.g., reasons for trading, preferred instruments, investment goals, reasons for choosing PU Prime).
- Proactively guide clients through onboarding processes, including KYC verification and account setup.
- Convert leads to active traders by facilitating deposits and FTDs in a compliant and ethical manner.
- Re-engage dormant leads and push them to fund and activate their accounts.
- Promote PU Prime's products, services, and campaigns to support client activation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong sales skills with proven experience in client acquisition or conversion-focused roles.
- Basic understanding of financial markets and CFDs, including associated risks and opportunities.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or client onboarding.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with an aggressive but professional approach to client conversion.
