Client Engagement & Marketing Executive (Hybrid)
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor (2 mins from LRT/Public Transport) - Amcorp Mall
Compensation: RM 3,000 – RM 4,000
Work Arrangement: 2 Days Office / 3 Days WFH (Unless required)
Portfolio: Shortlisted Candidates will be asked for portfolio/samples reference.

Role Summary -
We are seeking a versatile and visually-driven professional to be the face and voice of our brand. This isn't just a coordination role; it's a strategic blend of Client Relationship Building and Creative LinkedIn Marketing. You will be the bridge between our high-level regional operations and our digital audience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Content & Visual Branding
- Design & Create: Take full ownership of our LinkedIn visual identity. Develop high-impact, on-brand posters and graphics using Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Social Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute a high-growth LinkedIn content calendar.
- Digital Engagement: Actively social sell by engaging with industry prospects and stakeholders to boost regional visibility.
2. Strategic Client Engagement
- Relationship Nurturing: Act as a brand ambassador, reaching out to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Pre-Sales Synergy: Warm up high-value leads for the Sales team through consistent, trust-based professional communication.
3. Operational Coordination
- Front-line Excellence: Manage inquiries and coordinate technical schedules for our service engineers.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate client databases and service records within our system.
What We Are Looking For -
- Art Sense: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Digital Graphic Design (social media posters/content) is essential.
- Eye for Detail: A strong eye for layout, typography, and professional aesthetics.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or Communications.
- Languages: Excellent written/verbal English and BM. Mandarin proficiency is a major advantage for regional coordination.
- Skills: Proficiency in LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram Marketing and Microsoft Office
