Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Management Executive located in Kuala Lumpur. The Client Management Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating training schedules, and addressing client inquiries and issues. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, analysing client feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of our service delivery.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years in sales/client management experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, training or education industry
• Sales-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Client-focused, professional and results-driven
• Able to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
