The Role

As a Client Partner Executive, you will drive growth by strengthening existing client relationships, expanding market share, and identifying new business opportunities. You will deepen client engagement by building relationships with key stakeholders while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach with both clients and associates. You will also identify cross-selling opportunities by understanding clients business needs and delivering tailored workforce and business solutions to support their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of client accounts to increase/maintain market share
  • To maximise client penetration through obtaining new client contacts
  • Ensure high touch stakeholder management through active engagement i.e. business reviews, client/associates events
  • Cross sell: Understand client's business needs and provide business solutions
  • Customer Centricity: to maintain good relationship with both clients and associates to achieve high retention
  • Ensure adherence and compliance of processes e.g. front office tool adoption, Ministry of Human Resources legislation, internal governance etc
  • Drive higher efficiency through initiating process improvements
  • Ensure healthy DSO (AR Collections) and timely payment from clients
  • Responsible for end-to-end associates lifecycle management
  • Onboarding: Contact associates and clients; manage onboarding process/orientation
  • Contract Renewals: Follow up with Associates and Clients (trigger notification), negotiate renewal terms, re-onboarding and work with Shared Admin Hub
  • End of Contract: Follow up with associates and Clients (trigger notification), confirm/negotiate end terms, offboarding and work with admin team
  • Handle HR related matters including but not limited to attending to client/associate enquiries, performance/grievances/morale management, counselling, termination etc

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource, Business or equivalent
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Prior internship or full time experiences in customer service, and or human resources where you have had strong experience building and managing candidate and client relationships
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • HR knowledge and legislations (Good to have)
