Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professionalClient Relationship Senior Executive to join our team. This role requires a strong background inpremium client servicing within the banking/financial industry, with the ability to converse fluently inMandarin and Englishto support our growing base of Chinese clients.
Job Responsible:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients across all products.
- Manage onboarding and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Anticipate and address client needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly.
- Proactively cross-sell relevant products and services based on client profiles.
- Maintain client records, communication logs, and service reports.
- Develop strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty, including appreciation initiatives and relationship-building activities.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to identify service gaps, and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve products and service delivery.
- Ensure all client interactions adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and upholding compliance standards.
