Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Services and Business Development Representative located in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with some work-from-home flexibility. The primary responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing top-notch customer service. This individual will also play a pivotal role in business development efforts by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining financial records related to client projects.

Qualifications

• Client Services and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Basic understanding of Finance related to client projects
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in the advertising or marketing or property development industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
