Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for partial remote work. As a Client Services and Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional client services. Key responsibilities include assisting clients, devising strategies to meet client needs, handling client inquiries, managing customer accounts, and supporting the development of business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in bridging clients needs with the agency's offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Services, Customer Service, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills for seamless client engagement
- Knowledge in Finance to support business development and client-related financial decisions
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer accounts and resolve issues efficiently
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach to work
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is an added advantage
