Responsibilities

  • Real-Time Customer Support:Serve as the first point of contact, handling real-time chat and email inquiries with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Case Management & Operational Workflow:Utilize Salesforce to efficiently manage and prioritize incoming cases based on predefined guidelines.
  • Knowledge Management & Process Improvement:Assist in updating, housekeeping, and maintaining the internal knowledge database and Help Center articles based on recurring inquiries and resolutions.
  • Ad-hoc Duties:Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the broader Customer Service department's goals.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Finance, Economics, Investment, Data-Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Business Management, or a Hospitality-related course.
  • Must be able to speak and write fluently in Chinese and English to support our diverse user base.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise support in a real-time chat environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
