Job Description

Overview:

We're on the hunt for a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused Client Services Specialist to join OSL Pay, our fast-growing payments business. This role puts you at the center of our client ecosystem, where you'll manage relationships with exchanges and institutional clients, support seamless stablecoin and fiat flows, and ensure best-in-class service delivery in a dynamic digital asset environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for exchanges and clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
  • Manage end-to-end client service processes including onboarding, KYC coordination, transaction monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (trading, operations, compliance, and tech) to ensure seamless payment and settlement flows.
  • Monitor transaction statuses and proactively troubleshoot payment or settlement issues.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to client inquiries.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
  • Maintain accurate client records, activity logs, and reporting for transparency and audit purposes.
  • Support business growth by identifying upsell opportunities and strengthening client relationships.

Requirements:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in client services, operations, or account management within payments, fintech, or digital assets.
  • Familiarity with payments, FX, or crypto processes is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Fiat products is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of KYC/AML processes and client onboarding workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing institutional clients.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with trading, compliance, and technical teams.
  • Interest in digital assets and crypto markets; experience with exchanges or stablecoins is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
