Client Servicing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Provide client servicing and middle-office operational support, including account administration, marketing and promotional activities, compliance support, client reporting, and record management.
• Deliver high-quality service to clients and business partners, ensure service standards and turnaround times are consistently met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners by providing prompt, professional, and effective customer service.
• Liaise with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
• Gather and communicate market feedback, client insights, and operational challenges to support continuous business improvement.
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, processes, and procedures to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing reports, compliance documentation, management reports, and other departmental reports as required.
• Support and participate in marketing campaigns, client engagement activities, seminars, exhibitions, and corporate events when necessary.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of the department.
• Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, customer service, operations, or the financial services industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
