Job Description

Short Role Summary:

To helps nurture accounts through high touch client service and education on eCommerce solutions, supporting brands in achieving their marketing and business objectives. Cross functional collaboration is a mainstay for the team in providing holistic solutions that cover product knowledge, vertical expertise and market level insights. Our team is looking for individuals possessing strong business acumen and the ability to provide consultative sales in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for project management of eCommerce Openscreen Ads, ensuring smooth execution and optimal performance.
  • Proficient in digital campaign management, including timeline planning, campaign monitoring, issue troubleshooting, and proactively identifying opportunities to optimize performance.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively by coordinating and collaborating with internal team including Sales Partnerships, Ad Operations, Review, and Product teams to ensure timeline and seamless project delivery.
  • Balance client expectations with platform capabilities to sustain revenue performance while scaling successful use cases.
  • Build and maintain long-term, productive relationships with clients and internal xFN teams.
  • Take a long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of eCommerce ads and ad units.
  • Basic knowledge of third-party ads servers, measurement tools, content, and media verification partners.

Job Requirements:

  • At least have 1 to 2 years of experience in branding project management / client services roles in digital marketing
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, including resolving conflicts and addressing timeline slippage.
  • Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to escalate issues through appropriate channels when necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong active listening skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset
  • Exceptional attention to detail, process-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a strong passion for eCommerce and teamwork.
