Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and long-term retention
- Collaborate closely with our internal product, business development, and marketing teams to ensure flawless project execution and alignment with client expectations
- Analyze client mini-program performance data (user engagement, conversion rates, etc.) to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for optimization
- Proactively manage client communications, providing regular updates and reports on project status and performance
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in an Account Management role, preferably within a digital agency or SaaS company
- Client-Centric Mindset: Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English to effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Basic technical understanding of mini-program development frameworks, UI/UX principles, and API integrations
- Experience using project management tools
- Demonstrable knowledge of the mini-program ecosystem
