Job description:
Generate & Manage Sales Leads: Play a vital role in initiating new sales opportunities by generating and processing fresh leads.
Lead Assignment: Compile and organize weekly lead lists, delegating them to account managers to ensure maximum coverage and follow-up.
Explore New Markets: Research and uncover new funding opportunities within Malaysia, staying ahead of industry trends.
Tender Management: Handle tender requests through Malaysia's e-Perolehan portal and other government agency platforms.
Administrative Excellence: Provide essential support to the sales team by preparing reports, presentations, and documents that enhance workflow efficiency.
Sales Support: Assist with quotes, follow-ups, events, workshops, and general sales operations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Problem Solving: Be the go-to person for troubleshooting customer order issues and account-related queries, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics, offering insights to drive improved performance.
Customer Service Excellence: Manage pending orders and customer requests, providing top-notch service every step of the way.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for growth and offer innovative suggestions to refine sales practices and optimize results.
Event Coordination: Research, identify, and build relationships with hotels and accommodation providers to organize impactful team-building and corporate events.
Logistics Management: Oversee the coordination of logistics for onsite training and team-building activities, including venue bookings, transportation, catering, and equipment setup.
Job Requirement :
-Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or any other fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and ability to speak in Mandarin.
-Candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as this is a junior level role.
