Role Description The Clinic Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based at KLINIK MEDICFIELDS in Sungai Buloh. The role involves welcoming patients, managing reception duties such as registration, appointment scheduling, and answering inquiries in a professional manner. The Clinic Assistant supports healthcare practitioners by preparing consultation rooms, assisting with basic patient care tasks, and helping maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience with Receptionist Duties,
• Basic knowledge of Medical Terminology and an understanding of clinic workflow
• Ability to provide courteous and attentive Patient Care
• Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and clinic management software, or willingness to learn.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and safety standards.
