Clinical Product Specialist (CRM)

Position Interview

The ideal candidate will be based in Kuala Lumpur with the flexibility for hybrid work and travelling to job sites. Depending on the candidate's experience, he/she will be responsible for the commercial operations for CRM devices, managing and developing key accounts, provide training to healthcare professionals and ensuring the effective use of these devices in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive topline sales across the entire CRM product portfolio.
• Frequent visit to customer clinics and hospitals to perform device interrogations and case support.
• Able to frequently lift a 5kg programmer for the purpose of interrogation and case support.
• Conducts on-site education and /or consulting with regards to CRM products.
• Support field personnel in providing the best possible outcomes and service to customers.
• Partners with team members of the same division or other divisions to develop and executes sales plans or programs.
• Participates in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness.

Pre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or related field
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experiences are welcome to apply
• Candidate with experience in the healthcare industry will have added advantage
• Candidates with experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management and Medical Devices will have added advantage
• Candidates with knowledge of Cardiac Electrophysiology and Pacemakers will have added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to provide training and support to healthcare professionals
• Analytical and able to solve complex problems
