Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Clinical Product Specialist. The role is based in Subang Jaya, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The Clinical Product Specialist will be responsible for supporting the promotion and sales of medical products, conducting product training sessions for healthcare professionals, and assisting in laboratory setup to ensure proper product use. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders within the healthcare industry.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of diagnostic laboratory and experience in the Healthcare Industry
• Proven Sales and customer relationship management skills
• Experience in Training and educating healthcare professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, balancing in-office presence with remote work
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Medical Laboratory Technology, Biology, or Healthcare Management, is preferred
