Job Description

Purpose Of Job

  • To lead and support strategic marketing, clinical positioning, and product engagement initiatives for the Specialized Diagnostics and Point of Care (SDP) portfolio

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver technical content for product presentations, training sessions, marketing materials, and scientific events.
  • Support the marketing team in planning and executing promotional activities, product launches, exhibitions, and workshops.
  • Work closely with the sales and application teams to align on messaging, strategy, and customer engagement plans.
  • Monitor market developments and clinical trends to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion or enhancement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinicians, and partners to strengthen product credibility and visibility.
  • Conduct product evaluations, gather user feedback, and provide insights to product managers for continuous improvement.
  • Accountable for stock inventory, pricing, product recalls which is part of product management scope.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, or related clinical field (Master's Degree is a plus)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in clinical marketing, product application or scientific support roles.
  • Analytical thinking with a clinical marketing mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and customer-focused approach.
  • Project management skills and attention to detail.
