Job Description
Clinical Team Leader, MANOTS Therapy (Shah Alam)
Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Location: Section 14, Shah Alam, Selangor
About MANOTS Therapy
MANOTS Therapy is a paediatric early intervention and development centre in Shah Alam. We support children with diverse developmental needs and walk alongside their families with evidence-based, neuro-affirming care. As our multidisciplinary team expands, we are looking for an experienced clinical leader to help shape our practice standards, mentor our team, and drive clinical excellence.
The Role & Key Responsibilities
This role combines clinical practice with leadership. You will not simply manage a caseload. You will raise the standard at which our clinical team works.
- Clinical Supervision & Mentorship: Guide, evaluate, and support junior therapists, fostering a collaborative culture grounded in continuous learning.
- Quality Assurance & Standards: Elevate goal-setting frameworks, documentation, and reporting standards across Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Therapy, and Physiotherapy.
- Direct Care: Deliver high quality, individualized clinical sessions to children and families.
- Strategic Input: Partner directly with management to refine service delivery, design clinical protocols, and scale centre operations.
Requirements
- Education & Credentials: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or Physiotherapy from a recognised institution.
- Professional Registration: Active registration with the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC), holding a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of clinical practice, including at least 1 year in a supervisory, team lead, or mentorship capacity.
- Specialised Exposure: Strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in Paediatric Care or Neurological Rehabilitation.
- Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, spoken and written, to connect effectively with our families and our team.
Who Do We Welcome
An empathetic, grounded clinician who finds purpose in the details: a breakthrough in a child's self-regulation, a parent feeling heard, a junior therapist mastering a complex intervention. You lead by example, hold high standards with warmth, and bring the organizational discipline a strong clinical team is built on.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Competitive base salary commensurate with leadership experience.
- Professional Support: Full APC renewal coverage upon confirmation, plus CPD and specialised course sponsorship.
- Statutory Contributions: EPF, SOCSO and EIS, plus paid annual and sick leave.
- Culture & Perks: Structured monthly team-building activities and monthly Zus Coffee runs on the centre.
