Azure Infrastructure & Cloud Operations

• Design, deploy, manage, and optimize Azure infrastructure services across enterprise environments.
• Support and maintain Azure Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, PaaS services, and cloud-native solutions.
• Monitor platform health, performance, capacity, and availability to ensure high service reliability.
• Perform incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for production environments.
• Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives and governance best practices.

Infrastructure as Code & Automation

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Automate cloud provisioning, configuration management, and operational processes.
• Implement reusable and scalable deployment templates and modules.
• Promote automation-first practices to reduce manual effort and operational risk.

DevOps & CI/CD

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Automate infrastructure deployments, application releases, and operational workflows.
• Support DevOps adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment and release processes.

Azure Networking & Security

• Design and manage Azure networking components including:
• Virtual Networks (VNet)
• Network Security Groups (NSG)
• DNS
• Load Balancers
• Private Endpoints
• VPN Gateway / ExpressRoute
• Azure Firewall
• Implement and maintain security controls, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, identity governance, and access management policies.
• Ensure cloud environments adhere to organizational security and compliance standards.

Production Support

• Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support for enterprise cloud platforms.
• Participate in on-call support and major incident management when required.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, architects, and project teams to deliver cloud solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure, cloud administration, and cloud operations.
• Extensive experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD automation.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale production environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, and operational best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
