Cloud Engineering Manager

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a small, high-impact team building and supporting a mature cloud platform that powers application hosting across multiple regions. This is a true player-coach role, where you'll balance people management with technical leadership. You will be guiding architecture, reviewing solutions, and staying close enough to the work to step in when needed. The environment is multi-cloud (Azure and GCP), and it involves working on internal services that are heavily integrated and used across teams.

This isn't about starting from scratch or making disruptive changes. It's about stepping into a complex, well-established platform, understanding it deeply, and steadily improving it. You will be bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to both the technology and the team. You'll work closely with other technical leads, driving delivery while ensuring your team remains stable, productive, and growing.

The ideal candidate is someone who has come up through infrastructure or platform engineering, and is still comfortable being hands-on when needed, and knows how to lead engineers in a calm, effective way.
