Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities:

·       Provide Level 2 support for public cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)

·       Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of cloud-based infrastructure, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively

·       Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and standard operating procedures for cloud-based infrastructure

·       Coordinate, schedule and conduct periodic patching of Operating Systems

·       Coordinate, schedule and conduct periodic patching of AWS Platform as a Service (PaaS) services

·       Some weekend or after office hours support will be required for scheduled maintenance/application deployment support

Mandatory Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in computer science/ Information Technology/ Engineering or equivalent

·       2 to 4 years of relevant public cloud infrastructure experience (AWS/Azure)

·       Experience in designing and supporting production public cloud environments

·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

·       Proficient in English (written and spoken)

Advantageous Skills/Experience

·       Relevant experience in Operating Systems Administration (Windows/Linux)

·       Relevant scripting/programming experience

·       Proficient in Chinese (spoken)

·       Cloud Platform Certifications (AWS/Azure)
