The Cloud Operations role focuses on managing and optimizing Alibaba Cloud infrastructure to support business operations in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies and a passion for ensuring high availability and performance of cloud services.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure on Alibaba Cloud to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Implement and maintain cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud services.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud services into applications.
- Assist in the design and implementation of cloud architecture and strategies.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning.
- Manage cloud security and compliance requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in cloud operations or related field, preferably with Alibaba Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts and services, particularly Alibaba Cloud offerings.
- Experience with cloud management tools and monitoring systems.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
- Understanding of networking, security, and database management in a cloud environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
