Cloud Platform Engineer

Summary of the Job

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to support the deployment, automation, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud environments across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Red Hat OpenShift. The role will involve Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, cloud networking, scripting, monitoring, automation, and Agentic AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in Cloud, DevOps, AI-driven automation, and a willingness to continuously learn and develop technical expertise.

Roles & Responsibilities

•Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure.

•Work with Red Hat OpenShift environments and application deployments.

•Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

•Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

•Work with OpenShift and Helm for application deployments.

•Support cloud infrastructure monitoring, logging, performance, and troubleshooting.

•Work with cloud networking, IAM, security, and access management.

•Develop automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

•Support application and infrastructure deployments across development, test, UAT, and production environments.

•Troubleshoot cloud, OpenShift, deployment, and connectivity issues.

•Work with monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana.

•Support the development and implementation of Agentic AI and AI-powered automation solutions.

•Assist in integrating AI agents, LLMs, APIs, and intelligent automation into cloud-based solutions.

•Explore opportunities to use AI and automation to improve cloud operations and engineering processes.

•Maintain infrastructure documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.

•Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and collaborate with developers, engineers, architects, and project teams.

•Follow cloud security, governance, DevOps, and operational best practices.

•Continuously learn and adopt new Cloud, DevOps, Agentic AI, automation, and platform engineering technologies.
