Why does this job exist and why is it critical
1 Cloud project design and delivery as well as managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure 2 Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, system software and system management tools as a member of project implementation team 3 Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability 4 Plan and maintain security, backup and redundancy 5 Participate in the design of information and operational support systems 6 Provide 1st and 2nd level support for our managed services offers, which shall include, but not limited to, technical support, troubleshooting, change request, service request and documentations 7 Provide project implementation and customer onboarding of our cloud services offer 8 Liaise with vendors, partners and other IT personnel in trouble shooting and problem resolution 9 Provide technical consultancy for sales team such that IT infrastructure requirement of projects are successfully met and implemented 10 Proven ability to multi-tasking, prioritize tasks assigned and deliver results in a timely manner in a fast-paced dynamic environment 11 Proactive and timely problem escalation to management, vendors, partners and customers 12 Perform other works (e.g., documentation) as instructed when required 13 Analysing application portfolios, identifying dependencies & common infrastructure platform components, and assessing migration feasibility 14 Architecting hybrid Cloud and on-premise solutions for technology clusters and patterns 15 Generating Cloud migration roadmaps and driving buy-in across complex organization structures 16 Collaborating with Product and IT on identification/tracking of enhancement requests 17 Network, performance, monitoring, code practices & frameworks, and migration/release skills and Cloud platform in general 18 Collaborating with IT and service partners to build and execute migration plans 19 Performance and resiliency architectures, testing, troubleshooting resolution including database, web sewer, and cloud infrastructure. 20 Well-versed in best practices on Cloud. Should have a solid understanding of Cloud configurations for these topic areas: Networking, subnet, routing, Identify Access and Access Management (IAM) 21 Cloud-based Professional Services/Consulting Delivery management experience in high value technology environment for enterprise customers 22 Analysing application portfolios, identifying dependencies & common infrastructure platform components, and assessing migration feasibility Job Requirement Formal Education Degree or equivalent in relevant technical area: E.g. Computer Forensics; Specialised in Cloud Professional level certification or equivalent experience Work Experience Total Work Experience: more than 10 years Managed customer support such as: E.g. Cloud based, Software Engineering and DevOps
