Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Cyber Security Engineer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to support cloud security remediation, hardening, and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience securing cloud infrastructure, implementing security controls, and improving cloud security posture across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform security remediation activities across GCP environments.
• Implement and improve Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) controls.
• Conduct security configuration hardening and baseline compliance activities.
• Enhance network security, encryption, and key management practices.
• Improve logging, monitoring, and cloud security posture management.
• Implement security policies and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) security controls.
• Secure containerized workloads and Kubernetes/GKE environments.
• Support risk remediation, validation activities, and documentation updates.
• Provide recommendations for risk closure and continuous security improvements.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Security.
• Hands-on expertise in IAM, PAM, Network Security, Encryption, and Security Monitoring.
• Experience with Kubernetes/GKE and container security.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred).
• Understanding of cloud compliance, governance, and security best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud security certifications such as Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer.
• Experience with cloud posture management and security automation tools.
