ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Cloud Software Engineer with 6–7+ years of experience, strong programming fundamentals, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure to support integration work, custom tooling, and cloud infrastructure for our HCIS consulting engagements.

️ WHAT YOU'LL DO

Design, develop, and maintain integrations between HCIS platforms such as UKG, Workday, ADP and client systems

Build and deploy cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure

Work with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, and related Azure services

Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code

Collaborate with consultants and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across integrations and cloud infrastructure

Support data security, compliance, and cloud best practices

Contribute to internal tooling and automation to improve delivery efficiency

REQUIRED SKILLS

6–7+ years of software engineering / development experience

Strong programming experience with Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar languages

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure

Working knowledge of Azure cloud architecture and services

Experience with APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently in a small, fast-moving consulting environment

Excellent attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
