Role:
Provide support, troubleshooting, and guidance for AWS environments to ensure performance, security, and high availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve issues across AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, etc.)
- Handle incidents (P1P4), outages, and escalations
- Monitor systems using CloudWatch, X-Ray, Trusted Advisor
- Recommend best practices for performance, cost, and security
- Automate tasks using Python, Bash, PowerShell, and CI/CD tools
- Document solutions and share knowledge

Daily Work:
- Manage support tickets
- Troubleshoot issues via logs/metrics
- Join live calls for critical problems
