Job Description

Role:

Provide support, troubleshooting, and guidance for AWS environments to ensure performance, security, and high availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve issues across AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, etc.)
  • Handle incidents (P1P4), outages, and escalations
  • Monitor systems using CloudWatch, X-Ray, Trusted Advisor
  • Recommend best practices for performance, cost, and security
  • Automate tasks using Python, Bash, PowerShell, and CI/CD tools
  • Document solutions and share knowledge

Skills Required:

  • AWS core services knowledge
  • Linux/Windows administration
  • Networking basics (DNS, TCP/IP)
  • Scripting & automation
  • Security & IAM fundamentals

Daily Work:

  • Manage support tickets
  • Troubleshoot issues via logs/metrics
  • Join live calls for critical problems
  • Suggest improvements and optimizations
  • Collaborate with teams and customers
