We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

Job Purpose:

Full responsibility to propose, design and implement the CLP program management for Asia Pacific, including engagement and enhancement of the CLP facilitator pool, stakeholder management on all levels (champions, implementation managers, facilitators, participants, senior management), module implementation planning, reporting and budgeting for the region.

Your tasks:

• Primary consultant for the CLP program in the AP region, providing consultancy to senior management, CLP Champions, CLP Implementation Managers, CLP Facilitators
• Steer and manage all internal and external CLP contacts in AP
• Manage internal and external service providers
• In partnership with Global CLP program management, analyze needs assessments of business unit to identify engagement & enablement needs. Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of CLP modules.
• Manage and further develop the community of CLP Champions and CLP Implementation managers in Asia Pacific, e.g. aligns and engages for CLP topics, plans implementation volume in alignment with stakeholders
• Further develop the CLP facilitator pool in Asia Pacific by analyzing the existing pool, recruiting and qualifying facilitators for CLP modules, both face-to-face and online
• Engage, consult and coach CLP faciliators individually in Asia Pacific
• Ensure consistency and quality of facilitation by acting as lead facilitator, coaching facilitators, designing and managing CLP master classes
• Develop and implement formats for community building for facilitators in the AP region
• Facilitate CLP modules for a wide variety of target groups at specialist and management level
• Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with managers
• Understand key stakeholders interests and concerns and provide guidance to line managers and employees
• Professional leader for CLP program management with focus on the AP region and its particular needs
• Provide guidance and consulting on CLP matters to senior business team, drawing on specialists as needed
• Effectively interact with global CLP program management and ensure that local issues are taken into account when developing global modules and implementation standards
• Manage the Certified Logistics Professional program for Asia Pacific in all areas
• Ensure that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope, budget, quality and resource requirements using excellent communication skills.
• Further develop logistics processes for the AP region (materials procurement, warehousing and dispatch)
• Continually improve processes for implementation of CLP modules (e-learning courses, online classroom instruction and face-to-face training sessions)
• Coach and mentor the CLP community in Asia Pacific: champions, implementation managers, facilitators
• Leads project teams
  
  

Your profile:

• University degree
• HR certification is plus
• Experience driving within divisional initiatives
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the area of Certified and Learning & Development
• Sound experience with Certified facilitation, ideally at the level of Certified Master Facilitation
• Relevant knowledge in the use of SharePoint, Microsoft Office including Teams, Zoom, Mural
• Understanding of learning and development techniques, instructional design, measurement of learning interventions, and performance improvement
• Excellent consulting skills

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results
