Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Senai for a Job Title. The responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations related to precision machining, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and optimizing processes for efficiency. The individual will also be involved in problem-solving, project management, and supporting technical objectives to fulfill company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical operations, precision machining, and CNC technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and communicate professionally.
• Knowledge of modern machining processes and adherence to quality control standards.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or machining industry is an advantage.
