Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Field Marketing Professional: Partner Acceleration, you will be responsible for driving business growth through partner-led demand motions. You will manage channel capacity and effective engagement with IBM-led marketing efforts to enable co-marketing execution for partners.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Develop and Launch New Programs: Develop and launch new programs to service partners needs and leverage core demand generation squad activity to drive demand for partners. This involves collaborating with internal teams to design and implement effective marketing strategies that meet partner requirements.
- Manage Channel Capacity: Manage channel capacity to ensure effective engagement with IBM-led marketing efforts and enable co-marketing execution for partners. This includes analyzing channel performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Enable Co-Marketing Execution: Enable partners to execute demand generation programs by providing necessary support and resources. This involves working closely with partners to understand their marketing needs and developing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Drive Demand Generation: Leverage core demand generation squad activity to drive demand for partners. This involves collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute demand generation strategies that meet partner requirements.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Partner-Led Demand Motions: Experience with developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth through partner-led demand motions.
- Channel Capacity Management: Experience with managing channel capacity to ensure effective engagement with marketing efforts and enable co-marketing execution for partners.
- Co-Marketing Execution: Experience with enabling partners to execute demand generation programs by providing necessary support and resources.
- Demand Generation Strategies: Experience with leveraging core demand generation squad activity to drive demand for partners, including collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute demand generation strategies.
- Program Development: Experience with developing and launching new programs to service partners needs, including collaborating with internal teams to design and implement effective marketing strategies.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Exposure to Marketing Automation: Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms to streamline and optimize demand generation programs for partners.
- Understanding of Channel Analytics: Knowledge of channel analytics and performance metrics to analyze channel capacity and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Familiarity with Co-Marketing Platforms: Exposure to co-marketing platforms and tools to enable partners to execute demand generation programs effectively.
