Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Contact and communicate with debtors to facilitate timely repayment.
  • Negotiate suitable repayment plans and settlements.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and agreements.
  • Identify cases for escalation or legal action when necessary.
  • Generate reports on collection progress and recovery rates.
  • Provide professional and respectful customer service throughout the process.

Job Requirements

  • A diploma graduate with minimum 1 year of collections/ credit recovery experience
  • Any collection and credit recovery experience (Telco, retails, etc)
  • Required Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia (Read, Type and Speak)
  • Willing to work in Ampang Park Area
