Your new role
- Cash Application: Payment matching, reconciliation, email communication.
- Collections: Outbound reminders, follow ups, negotiation.
- AR Disputes: Investigating issues, validating disputes, coordinating with internal teams
What you'll need to succeed
- 1 - 6 years overall related working experience
- Advance Korean Speaking Capabilities
- Exposure to Sustomer Service
- Exposure to Billings, Collections & Payments
