Key Responsibilities
1) Support in completion of our third-party partners (Channel Partners) ongoing due diligence requirements, including tracking and maintaining records, ensuring all key metrics, contracts and internal documents are accurate and up to date.
2) Support activities such as audits, rolling out new contract templates and responding to red flags identified during audit and monitoring.
3) Help create, update, and proofread related materials, such as training content, contract templates, questionnaires, and internal procedures. Contribute to research and process improvements using AI tools and other techniques.
4) Review and approve low-risk or routine customer interactions (e.g., gifts, sponsorships, donations, events) according to company guidelines.
5) Assist in reviewing documentation of customer interactions, compiling and analyzing data to identify compliance risks and trends using AI tools.
6) Help create, update, and proofread related materials such as training content, contract templates, standard work documents, and internal guidelines.
7) Assist in executing audit plans by collecting and organizing transaction data.
8) Support analysis of audit findings and preparation of summary reports.
9) Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives as directed by the Compliance Director or Regional General Counsel.
10) Track progress of projects and risk mitigation plans.
Key Requirements
1) Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance or related field preferred.
2) 1-3 years of experience in finance, compliance, legal, legal operations, or administrative support roles.
3) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including AI skills for example experience in Co-pilot prompt writing; experience with compliance systems is a plus.
5) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Chinese, Japan and/or Korean language is a plus
6) Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
