Role Description The Commercial Compliance professional will support Cytiva's commercial operations by ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies across sales, marketing, and distribution activities. This full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur involves monitoring commercial practices, reviewing business initiatives, and advising teams on compliance requirements to minimize risk and maintain ethical standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting compliance assessments, supporting internal audits, drafting and updating policies and procedures, and helping implement corrective actions. The role also involves preparing compliance documentation and reports, supporting training initiatives for commercial teams, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders such as legal, finance, and sales to promote a strong compliance culture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Compliance Management, including oversight of commercial processes and implementation of internal controls.
• Strong understanding of Regulatory Compliance and Legal Compliance relevant to life sciences, healthcare, or related industries.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting regulations, assessing risk, and evaluating complex business scenarios.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, delivering training, and preparing clear compliance documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in law, business, life sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification in compliance or ethics is an advantage.
• Experience in commercial or corporate compliance, preferably within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or other regulated environments.
• Proven ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• High level of integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to ethical business practices.
