About The Job.

In this role, you will lead commercial finance and FP&A functions to drive business performance, margin expansion, and operational strategies across the region.

• Prepare and review financial models, annual budgets, and forecasting cycles to track key performance indicators.
• Conduct commercial profitability analysis on products and pricing strategies to support strategic resource allocation.
• Oversee financial operations and working capital management to maintain robust internal controls.
• Partner with regional leadership teams to evaluate investment opportunities and cost-optimization initiatives.
• Design and maintain dynamic management dashboards and financial reporting packages for executive decision-making.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• Degree or professional qualification in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business control within technology or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven track record in financial modeling, budgeting, and commercial profitability analysis.
• Proficiency in Tier-1 ERP systems, business intelligence tools, and advanced spreadsheet software.
• Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategies.
