About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Commercial Finance Manager to partner with our commercial teams and drive financial performance. In this role, youll own the category P&L, deliver actionable insights, and provide forward-looking analysis to support strategic decisions and business growth.
What Youll Do
- Own category P&L, including budgets, forecasts, and management reporting.
- Partner with commercial teams on pricing, deal structures, and new business opportunities.
- Deliver financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead monthly/quarterly reporting, management accounts, and board packs.
- Drive productivity initiatives and monitor commercial finance performance.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, P&L management, and business partnering.
- Strong SAP knowledge; advanced Excel skills (Macros, Power Query).
- Experience with Power BI and data analytics preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership experience in supervising direct/indirect reports.
