Commercial Finance Senior Executive (External Contract)
We are currently looking for a dynamic third-party, contract-basis Commercial Finance Senior Executive to support our Controlling, Credit and Data Management Department in our Financial Services business.

In this role, you will be supporting the Controlling, Credit and Data Management Department on daily business operations, being a key member in growing and driving our BMW Financial services. The role will require the person to build reports, support key managers, and take on an active role in ensuring strict controls of our financials in the business. This role will also offer the successful candidate career pathways to transition into a permanent associate in our BMW Financial services business depending on future opportunities and performance of the associate.
What awaits you
- Responsible for day-to-day operational tasks for Commercial Finance, which entail payments received from dealers, follow up with dealers on pending payments, releasing of ownerships for dealer invoicing, generating and communicating transactional reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the daily business processes for commercial finance, while monitoring credit utilization from the dealers and ensuring credit lines are not breached.
- Assist the Commercial Finance manager to analyze errors in the commercial finance systems, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting month end processes for all dealers.
- Assist the Commercial Finance manager on stock audit activities, including preparation of service order and follow up on open points from any stock audit conducted by third party service vendor.
- Assist the Commercial Finance manager to run month end processes for all dealers and ensure all reporting is done accurately on a monthly basis according to the deadlines.
- Support to gather and compile data on commercial finance performance for conducting pre-analysis of actuals vs budgets.
- Support the preparation of management reports covering commercial finance sales, cost of sales, GPI, portfolio position etc., and assist in investigating reasons for deviations from budgets & targets.
What should you bring along
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- A least 2 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Experience in reporting financial data, including conducting analysis of actuals vs budgets.
- Solid understanding of balance score cards & KPIs.
- Excellent proficiency in MS office tools, especially excel and power point.
- Ability to think analytically, demonstrates expertise in numeracy and data.
- Ability to communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills.
