Role Description
We are looking for a Commercial Growth & E-commerce Manager to help drive the next stage of growth for our fashion brands.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, sales performance, and execution. You will work closely with the founders to translate company growth targets into clear commercial plans, while directly managing our e-commerce channels to drive sales performance.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable taking ownership across both planning and execution.
You will play a key role in planning, tracking and improving sales performance across our channels, while directly driving growth in our e-commerce platforms.
This role covers two brands in our portfolio and will work closely with marketing, product, retail operations, and the founders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Planning & Sales Target Strategy
Work closely with founders to strategise, plan and translate annual growth targets into clear commercial plans
Responsibilities include:
Owns commercial growth plans and initiatives that are aligned to company growth roadmap and blueprint
Consolidating company-level sales targets across online and retail channels
Developing monthly sales targets and tracking progress
Supporting planning for major campaigns and seasonal launches
Monitoring revenue performance across channels
2. Drive E-Commercial Growth
Own the performance of our e-commerce channels, including:
Shopify webstore
Shopee & other marketplaces
TikTok Shop
Responsibilities include:
Managing overall online sales growth
Improve ads ROAS performance and drive higher sales conversion (Meta, TikTok, Shopee Ads)
Monitoring traffic, conversion, ROAS and campaign performance
Identifying opportunities to improve sales performance
3. Product Performance & Inventory Planning
Support the commercial planning of inventory and product rotation.
Responsibilities include:
Monitoring product sell-through and sales performance
Managing OTB (Open-To-Buy) planning
Supporting restock planning and new product drops
Ensuring healthy inventory levels across key products
4. Sales Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track and report overall business performance.
Responsibilities include:
Monitoring sales across e-commerce, retail, and pop-up channels
Identifying trends in product performance
Providing insights to improve sales and inventory decisions
Preparing regular performance reports for management
