Job Description:
- Meet and engage with B2B clients to understand needs and present product solutions
- Develop and propose innovative insurance products tailored to market needs
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities
- Collaborate with partnerships, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure product compliance and profitability
- Support product strategy and pricing decisions
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in insurance
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines (marine cargo, motor, fire, property brokerage)
- Background in brokerage, commercial lines, travel, liability, commercial & personal
- Innovative mindset, market awareness, and proactive personality
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable with client-facing B2B interactions
