Job Responsibilities

What you will do:

Sales Execution & Revenue Generation

  • Actively engage in lead generation, pitching, and closing deals to meet sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working independently or with available resources.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across key markets and industries.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure.

Client & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, handling negotiations, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure effective client communication, resolving concerns, and maintaining retention rates.

Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management

  • Develop a structured approach to pipeline management, ensuring continuous revenue flow.
  • Be able to adapt and adjust sales strategies to align with client needs and competitive conditions.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Lead to align strategies, pricing models, and sales objectives.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, revenue trends, and deal progress.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closed deals in CRM systems
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance policies, and quality standards in sales execution.
  • Develop efficient sales processes that can scale as the team grows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing, business development, and campaign planning teams to support sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate pricing, contract management, and invoicing.
  • Provide feedback on client demands, industry gaps, and opportunities for business growth.

Who You Are

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management.
  • Proven ability to sell and close deals independently, with or without a dedicated sales team.
  • Strong expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to operate effectively in a dynamic and sometimes resource-limited environment.
  • Experience in B2B sales, media sales, and advertising solutions is a plus

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma holders in Business/Commerce/Communications or in any relevant field
  • Preferably 5 years working experience in customer service environment
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or other languages are added advantage
  • Able to lead and motivate the team
  • Able to interact with all levels of people and possess a service oriented mindset
  • Independent, self-motivated and possess positive attitude,Results oriented
  • Ability to work and manage in a fast pace and challenging environment
  • Mature,dynamic and proactive
  • Able to organize resources, present report and coordinate project work
  • PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
