Job Description

Review RFQs, specifications, drawings, BOQs, and client requirements.

Prepare HVAC quotations, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.

Calculate costs for HVAC equipment, materials, manpower, installation, testing, commissioning, transportation, and other project expenses.

Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Coordinate with engineering/technical teams to determine the correct HVAC scope and equipment selection.

Prepare cost breakdowns, mark-ups, margins, and selling prices.

Identify exclusions, qualifications, assumptions, and commercial risks before submitting quotations.

Handle quotation revisions and commercial negotiations with clients.

Review purchase orders and contracts against the submitted quotation.

Monitor project costs, variations, additional works, and change orders.

Maintain quotation records and follow up on outstanding proposals.

Support management with sales forecasts, project profitability, and commercial reporting.
