Commercial Operations Coordinator (12-Month Contract)

What You'll Do

• Support in-app marketing campaigns across Grab verticals (promotions, banners, EDMs).
• Work closely with Marketing & Commercial teams to design seamless user journeys.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports to drive improvements.
• Utilize Grab's tools and systems for efficient campaign setup and execution.

• Passionate about enhancing the user experience within the app.
• Comfortable working with MarTech tools and campaign management systems.
• Exposure to Leanplum and HTML/HTML5 is an advantage.
• Intermediate Excel skills to handle datasets for campaign configuration.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
