Commercial Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of in-app marketing campaigns (Promotions, Banners, EDMs) across platform's services.
• Configure and launch campaigns using internal marketing tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to create seamless customer journeys within the app.
• Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule.
• Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements.
• Become the subject matter expert for platform's campaign management tools.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Marketing Operations, Campaign Operations, CRM Operations or Platform Operations.
• Experience setting up and executing digital or in-app marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing promotions, vouchers, rewards, banners, or EDM campaigns.
• Experience tracking campaign performance and preparing reports.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Commercial, Product, Operations, Customer Service, or Tech.
• Experience ensuring campaign accuracy and smooth execution.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data handling).
• Familiarity with campaign management platforms.
• Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools is an advantage.
• Basic HTML/HTML5 knowledge is an advantage.
