Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting.

At least 6-7 years of working experience with at least 3/4 years experience as a Commercial Project Management or Project controlling.

Proficiency with standard accounting principles.

Professional English required, where additional Asian languages will be a benefit.

Strong competence in using IT Tools including Microsoft, SAP, and Salesforce applications.

Experience working with international stakeholders across multiple countries, with the ability to navigate differing expectations and communication styles in a multicultural project environment.

Understands cultural differences and copes with them effectively.

Positive attitude to work in challenging environments and in embracing high performance culture.

Strong collaboration skills, as well as strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders, at various organizational levels.

Experience in contract negotiation/ execution is required.
