Job Description

We are looking for an analytical and innovative Business Analyst to join our WIN (AI Sales Assistant) team. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering digital solutions that enhance the sales experience for our field sales teams – powered by AI – that delivers more sales impact and customer engagement.

What You'll Do

As a Business Analyst, you will gather business requirements, design and implement solutions, and provide system support within an international scrum team using agile methods. You'll focus primarily on MS Azure AI solutions, while also working with technologies like SAP S4 HANA, Salesforce, and AWS Microservices. Your work will contribute to systematic account development, enhancing productivity and customer engagement through WIN solutions.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with cloud-based systems (preferably large scale CRM), business process management, and agile methodologies, with demonstrated experience delivering end‑to‑end solutions and usage of AI tools.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence and collaborate in a global matrix environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead requirement discussions, translate needs into solution architecture, and leverage AI‑enabled capabilities to enhance CRM and digital journeys.
  • Strong passion for digital sales and service processes, including AI‑assisted requirements analysis, intelligent automation, and data‑driven decision making.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to independently handle complex scenarios and apply AI‑powered insights to recommend optimized solutions.
  • Advanced data analysis and visualization abilities, with experience using AI/ML‑enhanced analytics tools (e.g., predictive modeling, segmentation, pattern recognition) to generate actionable insights.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of CRM best practices, including how AI technologies improve customer experience, sales effectiveness, and process efficiency.
