Job Description

Assist in designing seller initiatives using analytical and conceptual problem-solving methodologies to strategically improve seller engagement, supply, and investment in livestream
Analyse current livestream seller data and performance to identify gaps, opportunities, and key drivers of seller supply, and develop new initiatives to attract, activate, and retain sellers in livestream
Identify opportunities to increase seller investment in livestream by developing new initiatives and improving existing programmes, with a focus on driving sustainable seller participation and resource allocation
Be involved in complex end-to-end projects, from concept development, feasibility assessment, and financing, through planning, execution, measurement, and iteration
Comfortable navigating large datasets, identifying market trends, and translating numbers into actionable business insights
Acquire a deep understanding of the technical and/or business aspects of the projects to effectively manage deliverables, resources, and stakeholder expectations
Act as a key point of contact across departments, driving alignment on project priorities, communication strategies, and objectives to ensure successful execution.

Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree in a relevant field
Strong business acumen with a passion for problem-solving
Possess good knowledge/defined involvement in helping frame, design, and execute solutions to business opportunities
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze
